The TREADREADER™ DriveOver operates as a seamless, contactless tire inspection solution that keeps service lanes moving. As the vehicle drives over the ramp at low speed, embedded 3D laser sensors automatically scan the full width of all four tires—no lifting, stopping, or setup required.

The system adapts automatically to different vehicle types, wheelbases, and tire widths, making it ideal for mixed traffic environments and high-throughput operations. With support for axle loads up to 5,500 lbs. (2,500kg), it is well suited for EVs, SUVs, pickup trucks, and light commercial vehicles.

An integrated Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) camera links each scan to the correct vehicle record, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. Core scan processing occurs directly on the unit for fast results, while cloud connectivity enables reporting, data history, and API integration.

Within seconds, results are available in TREADREADER™ as intuitive, color-coded visualizations that clearly show tread depth, wear patterns, and potential service needs.
